Q. Can I Buy Direct from your Website?
A. Please note that we only supply to the wholesale trade. Please visit the stockist’s section for a supplier in your area or visit the ‘Links’ page for on-line stockists.
Q. What is the length of the warranty for electrical products?
A. All Hair Tools Electrical products are supplied with a 6-month warranty.
Q. My Product is faulty and is within the warranty period, what I shall I do?
A. You can either:
1. Take the item back to the shop you originally purchased it from and ask for a refund/replacement. Please note that you will require a receipt. We can not replace or refund items bought from a different company.
2. Send the item to be repaired. Please follow the instructions on you warranty document. If you no longer have the warranty document please contact 01924 466999 and we will send you a copy in the post
Q. My Product is faulty is out of the warranty period, what I shall I do?
A. You can contact our recommended electrical repairer, Hairdressers Electrical (Leeds), on 0113 2350502 to find out whether the item can be repaired and at what cost.
Q. My Paraffin wax heater is getting too hot, why?
A. We only recommend use with the Beauty Tools Paraffin wax slabs. We do not recommend use of pellet wax with the unit. The reason for this is that different wax has differently temperature at which it melts and pellet wax melts at a higher temperature which can get to hot for use?
Q. I have noticed there is a plastic circular shaped grille (Trivet) supplied with my Paraffin wax heater, what is it for?
A. The plastic grille goes in the bottom of the heater under your wax. This is to prevent your client putting their hands/feet anywhere near the element and burning themselves.
Q. What is the temperature of the Paraffin wax heater?
A. The temperature of the wax reaches approximately 54°C.
Q. Can I buy spares? (e.g. Locking rings, Dryer Filters, Hot Brush teeth, etc.)
